行为护理干预对133例糖尿病足老年患者的护理效果及患者依从性的改善

The Effect of Behavior Nursing Intervention on the Nursing Effect of 133 Patients with Diabetic Foot and the Improvement of Patient's Compliance

目的分析行为护理干预对133例糖尿病足老年患者的护理效果及患者依从性的改善。方法在所有糖尿病足老年患者中抽取133例进行该次实验,时间为2017年12月—2018年5月,采用双色球分组法将所有患者分为两组,分别为对照组和实验组,其中对照组66例患者,实验组67例患者。实验组患者在给予常规护理的同时实施行为护理干预,而对照组患者仅实施常规护理。观察两组患者护理前后血糖指标的变化和护理依从性,探讨行为护理干预的具体效果。结果该次研究成果显示,护理前两组患者的血糖指标无明显差异,护理后血糖指标均得到改善,但实验组的改善程度更优。而对比两组患者的治疗依从性,对照组明显更差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将行为护理干预应用于糖尿病足老年患者的护理中疗效显著,不仅有助于提高其治疗依从性,还能对其血糖指标进行有效改善,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of behavioral nursing intervention on 133 elderly patients with diabetic foot and improve their compliance.Methods From December 2017 to May 2018,133 elderly diabetic foot patients were divided into two groups:control group and experimental group.There were 66 patients in the control group and 67 patients in the experimental group.The patients in the experimental group were given routine nursing and behavioral nursing intervention.Observation on changes of Blood glucose Indexes before and after Nursing in two groups and Nursing Compliance Sex,to explore the specific effect of behavioral nursing intervention.Results The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference in the blood glucose index between the two groups before nursing,and the blood glucose index was improved after nursing,but the improvement degree in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Compared with the treatment compliance of the two groups,the treatment compliance of the control group was significantly worse,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of behavioral nursing intervention in the elderly patients with diabetic foot has a remarkable curative effect,which not only helps to improve its treatment compliance,but also can effectively improve its blood glucose index and improve the quality of life of the patients.
