心理干预指导在下肢骨折患者中的应用及对心理波动的影响研究

Application of Psychological Intervention Guidance in Patients with Lower Limb Fracture and its Influence on Psychological Fluctuation

目的探讨心理干预指导在下肢骨折患者中的应用及对心理波动的影响。方法选择2017年6月—2018年3月治疗的下肢骨折患者68例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34)。对照组给予常规方法干预,观察组采用心理干预指导,两组均进行15 d干预,比较两组心理波动情况。结果干预前两组抑郁自评量表评分均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预后15 d抑郁、焦虑、敌对及强迫评分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理干预指导用于下肢骨折患者中能改善患者心理波动,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of psychological intervention in patients with lower extremity fracture and its influence on psychological fluctuation.Methods Sixty-eight patients with lower extremity fracture treated from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was given routine intervention,the observation group was guided by psychological intervention,and the two groups were given 15 days intervention to compare the psychological fluctuation between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of self-rating depression scale between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05),and the depression,anxiety,hostility and compulsion in the observation group were evaluated 15 days after intervention(P>0.05).The scores were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the psychological fluctuation of patients with lower extremity fracture and is worth popularizing.
