不同手术方式治疗创伤性踝关节炎临床疗效对比

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Different Surgical Methods in the Treatment of Traumatic Ankle Arthritis

目的评价不同手术方式治疗创伤小踝关节炎效果。方法选择2016年8月—2018年8月在该院接受治疗的创伤性踝关节炎患者32例,患者随机分为两组,踝关节清理组给予关节镜清理术,踝关节融合固定组给予踝关节融合术,评价两组患者生活质量和踝-后足功能,记录两组患者并发症情况。结果在生活质量方面,两组患者生活质量均得到改善,踝关节清理组生活质量改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在踝-后足评分方面,踝关节清理组与踝关节融合固定组两组患者AOFAS评分均得到改善,踝关节清理组患者评分改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应方面,踝关节清理组与踝关节融合固定组不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论创伤性踝关节炎患者给予关节镜清理术,能够更好地改善患者生活质量,促进患者关节功能恢复,安全可靠,值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of different surgical methods on traumatic ankle arthritis.Methods Thirty-two patients with traumatic ankle arthritis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:arthroscopic debridement in the ankle debridement group and ankle arthrodesis in the ankle fusion fixation group.The quality of life and ankle-hind foot function of the two groups were evaluated,and the complications of the two groups were recorded.Results In terms of quality of life,the quality of life of both groups was improved,especially in the ankle joint cleaning group(P<0.05).In terms of ankle-hind foot score,AOFAS scores of both groups were improved,especially in the ankle joint cleaning group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between arthrodesis group and ankle fusion group(P>0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement for patients with traumatic ankle arthritis can better improve the quality of life of patients and promote the recovery of joint function.It is safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
