足踝关节骨折患者治疗中应用切开复位固定与手法复位固定的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Open Reduction and Manual Reduction and Fixation in the Treatment of Ankle Fracture

目的对比探究切开复位固定与手法复位固定在足踝关节骨折患者治疗中的效果。方法将2017年6月—2018年6月这一时段内,在该院进行治疗的踝关节骨折患者84例纳入研究,按照住院号单双数,将之分为两组,每组42例,观察组给予切开复位固定治疗,对照组给予手法复位固定治疗,对比两组疗效。结果治疗后,观察组Mazur评分显著高于对照组,且骨折愈合时间短于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的优良率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的73.81%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于手法复位固定,切开复位固定在足踝关节骨折患者治疗中的临床效果更佳,值得推广应用。

Objective To compare the effect of open reduction and manual reduction and fixation in the treatment of ankle and foot fracture.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018,84 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital were included in the study.According to the number of hospitalized patients,they were divided into two groups,42 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with open reduction and fixation,while the control group was treated with manual reduction and fixation.Results After treatment,the Mazur score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the healing time of fracture was shorter than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance;the excellent rate of the observation group was 95.24%,significantly higher than that of the control group 73.81%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion Compared with manual reduction and fixation,open reduction and fixation has better clinical effect in the treatment of ankle and foot fracture,which is worthy of popularization and application.
