快速康复外科护理模式在下肢骨折手术患者围术期的临床应用

Clinical Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing Mode in Perioperative Period of Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture Surgery

目的:分析下肢骨折手术患者围手术期应用快速康复外科护理模式的临床护理效果。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月该院收治的150例下肢骨折手术患者,以围手术期护理措施不同分组,对两组术后康复情况进及护理满意度行对比。结果观察组术后VAS评分(2.56±0.94)分,术后并发症发生率5.33%(4/75)、住院时间(6.29±0.82)d,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度96.00%(72/75)显著高于对照组81.33%(61/75)(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科护理模式可根据下肢骨折手术患者病情及手术方案开展对症护理,在各护理环节积极获取患者配合,促进患者术后康复。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode in patients with lower extremity fracture surgery.Methods A total of 150 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled.The perioperative nursing measures were divided into groups,and the postoperative rehabilitation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative VAS score(2.56±0.94)points was observed in the observation group.The postoperative complication rate was 5.33%(4/75)and hospitalization time(6.29±0.82)d,which were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%(72/75),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.33%(61/75))(P<0.05).Conclusion The rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing mode can carry out symptomatic nursing according to the condition and surgical plan of patients with lower extremity fracture surgery.Actively obtain patient cooperation in each nursing session,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
