探讨循证护理在急诊下肢骨折护理中的效果

Objective to Explore the Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in the Emergency Care of Lower Limb Fracture

目的探讨循证护理在急诊下肢骨折护理中的效果。方法择取2018年7月—2019年2月到该院就诊的48例急诊下肢骨折患者为研究对象,根据就诊的顺序,将患者划分成对照组与实验组,各24例。对照组采用常规护理模式,实验组运用循证护理方法,比较对照组与实验组的疼痛评分与护理满意度。结果对照组的疼痛评分是(4.50±0.13)分,实验组的疼痛评分为(3.11±0.12)分,实验组的疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组的护理满意度(95.83%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证护理对急诊下肢骨折患者的护理效果优良,患者的疼痛感会大幅度减轻,对护理人员的满意度也会提升,因此,此种护理方法需在临床中大力推广。

Objective Objective to explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in the emergency care of lower limb fracture.Methods A total of 48 cases of emergency lower limb fracture patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to February 2019 were selected as research objects.According to the order of treatment,the patients were divided into control group and experimental group,with 24 cases each.The pain score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the control group and the experimental group.Results The pain score of the control group was(4.50±0.13)points,and that of the experimental group was(3.11±0.12)points.The pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.83%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing has an excellent effect on the nursing of patients with lower limb fracture in the emergency department.Patients’pain will be greatly reduced and their satisfaction with the nursing staff will also be improved.Therefore,this nursing method needs to be vigorously promoted in clinical practice.
