下肢康复机器人对缺血性偏瘫患者平衡及步行功能的影响

摘要 目的研究分析在缺血性偏瘫患者中采用下肢康复机器人对于改善平衡能力以及步行功能的效果。方法将2018年1—12月在该院接受治疗的缺血性偏瘫患者30例设为研究对象,随机法分为观察组(15例)、对照组(15例)。对照组中患者接受常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加下肢康复机器人训练。分析两组患者治疗前与治疗后10周的平衡、步行能力。结果治疗10周后两组患者的步长、步宽、步频、步速以及Berg平衡量表评分均显著较治疗前提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者的提升显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在缺血性偏瘫患者中采用下肢Lokoma训练有利于改善患者步行、平衡功能。 Objective To study and analyze the effect of lower limb rehabilitation robot on improving balance ability and walking function in patients with ischemic hemiplegia.Methods 30 patients with ischemic hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).Patients in the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group added lower limb rehabilitation robot training on the basis of the control group.The balance and walking ability of the two groups before and 10 weeks after treatment were analyzed.Results After 10 weeks of treatment,the step length,step width,step frequency,step speed and Berg balance scale scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lokoma training of lower limbs in patients with ischemic hemiplegia can improve walking and balance function.
