负压封闭引流技术在下肢疾病中的临床治疗效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Negative Pressure s Sealing Drainage in Lower Extremity Diseases

目的负压封闭引流技术在下肢疾病中的临床治疗效果分析和探讨。方法选取2015—2016年在该院治疗下肢疾病的患者98例,按照随机抽样的方式将患者分为两组,组1是对照组,组2观察组,每组患者的人数均为49例,组1对照组的患者采用常规的治疗方式,观察组患者采用负压封闭引流技术,然后比较两组患者的临床应用效果。结果经过对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析,观察组的患者平均住院时间较短,手术之后的愈合较快,平均住院时长为(26.2±8.2)d,相比较对照组的平均住院时长(33.4±8.3)d,其具有较好的临床应用效果。两组患者的各项指标没有明显的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术在下肢疾病中的临床治疗中具有较好的治疗效果,对患者术后的恢复有着较大的帮助,也会降低患者的感染概率,也会有效缩短住院的时间,在当前临床应用中具有较好的推广价值,也会在临床医学治疗中被广泛推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of negative pressure sealing drainage in lower extremity diseases.Methods 98 patients with lower extremity diseases treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were randomly divided into two groups:control group(group 1)and observation group(group 2).The number of patients in each group was 49.In group 1,the patients in control group were treated with routine therapy,and patients in observation group were treated with negative pressure sealing drainage technique.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Through the analysis of the clinical effect of the two groups of patients,the average hospitalization time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the patients in the observation group.The average length of hospitalization was(26.2±8.2)d,which was better than that of control group(33.4±8.3)d.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The technique of negative pressure sealing drainage has a good effect in the clinical treatment of lower extremity diseases.It is helpful to the recovery of patients after operation,and can also reduce the infection probability of patients and shorten the time of hospitalization.In the current clinical application has the good promotion value,also will be widely pushed in the clinical medicine treatment Wide.
