品管圈活动在剖宫产术后预防下肢静脉血栓中的应用探究

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Prevention of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis after Cesarean Section

目的对孕产妇剖宫产术后采取品管圈活动对预防下肢静脉血栓的效果进行分析评价。方法该次采取随机分组法,将该院于2017年2月—2018年2月收治的86例行剖宫产术的孕产妇分成2组,每组平均为43例;其中,对照组术后采取常规干预方法,观察组术后采取品管圈活动,进一步比较两组干预效果。结果观察组下肢静脉血栓发生率为5.64%,与对照组的18.60%对比显著更低,两组数据差异具备统计学研究价值;此外,在下肢肿胀及肺栓塞并发症发生率上,观察组分别为6.98%、0.00%,与对照组的25.58%、6.98%比较均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产手术孕产妇,术后实施品管圈活动,可预防下肢静脉血栓的发生,并使其他相关并发症的发生率得到有效降低;因此,值得采纳及应用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of quality control circle(QC)on preventing venous thrombosis in lower extremities of pregnant and lying-in women after cesarean section.Methods 86 cases of pregnant and lying-in women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were divided into two groups,with an average of 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention after operation,while the observation group took quality control circle activities after operation to further compare the effect of intervention between the two groups.Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the observation group was 5.64%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(18.60%).The difference between the two groups had statistical research value.In addition,the incidence of lower extremity swelling and complications of pulmonary embolism in the observation group was 6.98%,0.00%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(25.58%,6.98%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant and lying-in women undergoing cesarean section,quality control circle can prevent the occurrence of lower limb venous thrombosis and reduce the incidence of other related complications effectively.Therefore,it is worth adopting and applying.
