PNF技术在全膝关节置换术后患者功能恢复中的应用

Application of PNF in Functional Recovery of Patients after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨全膝关节置换术(TKA)后应用PNF技术辅助肢体功能康复的效果。方法回顾性分析30例行TKA患者(2017年7月—2018年7月)的术后康复资料,均予以常规康复训练及TKA技术治疗,在TKA术后3 d及治疗一个月后,均采用美国特种外科医院膝关节评分表(HSS)及Berg平衡量表(BBS)评价患者功能恢复情况。结果治疗1个月后,患者HSS评分、BBS评分分别为(84.46±8.62)分、(41.18±6.23)分,明显高于TKA术后3 d(68.84±7.26)分、(27.45±4.26)的HSS与BBS评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在TKA术后,于常规康复训练的基础上应用PNF技术,可促进患者关节功能的恢复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of PNF technique on limb function rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the rehabilitation data of 30 patients(from July 2017 to July2018)with TKA.All patients were given routine rehabilitation training and TKA treatment.Three days after TKA operation and one month after TKA treatment,the knee joint score scale(HSS)and Berg balance scale(BBS)were used to evaluate the functional recovery of patients.Results One month after treatment,HSS score and BBS score of patients were(84.46±8.62)points and(41.18±6.23)points respectively,which were significantly higher than those of patients 3 days after TKA(68.84±7.26)points and(27.45±4.26)points HSS and BBS scores,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PNF technology on the basis of routine rehabilitation training after TKA can promote the recovery of joint function,which is worth popularizing.
