QCC护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病足孕妇疾病治疗认知度的影响分析

Effect of QCC Nursing Model on Cognition of Pregnant Women with Diabetic Foot in Pregnancy

目的分析QCC护理模式对妊娠期糖尿病足孕妇疾病治疗认知度的影响。方法选取该院2016年1月—2018年10月收治的妊娠期糖尿病足孕妇80例,将其随机分为2组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,基于此观察组实施QCC护理模式。比较两组疾病治疗认知度、生活质量评分及满意度。结果在疾病治疗认知度上,观察组优良率为92.5%较对照组75.0%明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在生活质量评分上,观察组各项较对照组均明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在满意度方面,观察组为97.5%较对照组82.5%明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QCC护理模式可显著提升妊娠期糖尿病足孕妇的疾病治疗认知度,且可提升产妇生活质量以及满意度,因此值得临床应用推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of QCC nursing model on the cognitive level of gestational diabetic foot pregnant women.Methods 80 pregnant women with gestational diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given QCC nursing mode.Cognition,quality of life score and satisfaction of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 75.0%(P<0.05).In the quality of life score,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of satisfaction,97.5%in the observation group was significantly higher than 82.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC nursing model can significantly improve the awareness of disease treatment of pregnant women with gestational diabetic foot,and can improve the quality of life and satisfaction of pregnant women,so it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
