气压治疗仪预防剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的护理干预探究

Nursing Intervention on Prevention of Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis after Cesarean Section with Pneumatic Therapeutic Apparatus

目的分析将气压治疗仪应用于剖宫产术后患者下肢静脉血栓发生进行预防的效果。方法选择该院中2017年3月—2018年12月间收治的剖宫产术后患者的临床资料进行分析,随机挑选出50例进行该次实验,并采用拈纸团方式分组,单数为实验组,偶数为对照组,每组25例患者。对实验组患者在常规护理的同时加用气压治疗仪,对照组患者仅实施常规护理。根据两组患者下肢静脉血栓发生率和护理满意度进行对比。结果该次研究成果显示,对比两组患者的护理满意度,实验组明显更优,同时实验组无1例下肢静脉血栓,对照组出现5例,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在对剖宫产手术后,产妇应用气压治疗仪进行护理时,能有效防止下肢静脉血栓的发生,同时还能提高护理满意度,建立良好的护患关系,值得在临床上大力推广。

Objective To analyze the preventive effect of pneumatic therapy instrument on venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cesarean section.Methods the clinical data of post-cesarean section patients admitted in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018 were analyzed.50 cases were randomly selected for this experiment and divided into two groups:odd group and even control group.There were 25 patients in each group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with barometric therapy while the patients in the control group were only given routine nursing.The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The results of this study show that compared with the two groups of patients’nursing satisfaction,the experimental group is significantly better,and there is no lower extremity venous thrombosis in the experimental group,while there are 5 cases in the control group,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After cesarean section,the use of pneumatic therapy instrument can effectively prevent the occurrence of venous thrombosis of lower limbs,improve nursing satisfaction and establish a good relationship between nurses and patients,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
