心理护理干预在焦虑症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的护理效果研究

Nursing Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Anxiety and Lower Limb Venous Thrombosis

目的探讨心理护理干预在焦虑症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中的护理效果研究。方法选择2017年12月—2018年12月治疗焦虑症合并下肢静脉血栓患者60例作为对象,随机数字表将患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30)。对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者在其基础上加强心理护理干预,15 d对患者效果进行评估,比较两组的护理前后焦虑、及静脉血栓护理效果评分。结果两组患者护理前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者情绪焦虑、评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者静脉血栓护理效果评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理干预用于焦虑症合并下肢静脉血栓患者中护理效果好,助于患者的康复,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the nursing of patients with anxiety and lower extremity venous thrombosis.Methods 60 cases of patients with anxiety and venous thrombosis of lower limbs were selected as the target in December 2017 to December 2018,and the patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).In the control group,the patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).Results The clinical significance(P>0.05)was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of venous thrombosis in the observation group were significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worth to apply the psychological nursing intervention to the patients with anxiety and lower limb venous thrombosis.
