下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者进行急诊护理的体会

Experience in Emergency Nursing for Patients with Multiple Fractures of Lower Limbs and Shock

目的探究下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者进行急诊护理的体会。方法选取该院骨科2016年1月—2018年1月行急诊收治的92例下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者进行对比研究。结果观察组的救治完成基本支持时间、术前准备时间、护送交接时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且急诊后观察组患者术后出现创口感染、深静脉血栓、褥疮、切口感染等并发症的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者中应用急诊护理,可有效缩短患者的急诊救治时间,降低急诊救治后的并发症发生率,应用效果显著,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the experience of emergency nursing in patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity and shock.Methods A total of 92 patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity and shock who underwent emergency treatment from January 2016 to January 2018 in our hospital were selected for comparative study.Results The basic support time,preoperative preparation time,and escort delivery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the emergency department,the patients in the observation group developed wound infection,deep vein thrombosis,hemorrhoids,and wound infection.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of emergency nursing in patients with multiple fractures of lower limbs combined with shock can effectively shorten the emergency treatment time of patients and reduce the incidence of complications after emergency treatment.The application effect is significant and has clinical promotion value.
