针灸联合静脉滴注前列地尔治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Intravenous Infusion of Alprostadil on Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的分析针灸联合静脉滴注前列地尔治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效。方法选择2017年10月—2018年10月该科糖尿病足溃疡患者为对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各36例,对照组基础治疗;观察组联合针灸。比较两组临床指标差异。结果观察组患者总有效率(91.67%)明显高于对照组(72.22%);伤口愈合时间比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组间空腹血糖、微量白蛋白尿水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的上述指标水平均显著低于治疗前,观察组尿微量白蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸联合静脉滴注前列地尔治疗糖尿病足溃疡疗效显著。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of acupuncture combined with intravenous infusion of alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.Methods The patients with diabetic foot ulcer in our department from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected as subjects,a total of 36 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into observation group and control group,36 cases in the control group,and the control group combined with acupuncture.The differences in clinical indicators between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(91.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.22%).The wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and microalbuminuria between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the abovementioned indicators of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment.The urine microalbumin levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with intravenous infusion of alprostadil is effective in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers.
