Objective To explore the diagnostic value of DR and CT in ankle joint motion injury. Methods From January to December 2018,60 patients with ankle motion injuries treated in our hospital were studied. The patients had a clear history of ankle injuries. They underwent DR and CT examinations. The diagnostic results of the two examinations were compared and their clinical value was evaluated. Results There was no significant difference between DR and CT in the detection rate of anterior tubercle injury of medial malleolus, lateral malleolus and lower tibia(P>0.05),but DR was significantly lower than CT in the detection rate of posterior malleolus injury(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with DR,CT can more accurately detect the injury of medial malleolus, lateral malleolus, anterior tubercle of lower tibia and posterior malleolus in patients with ankle joint motion injury, which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
