摘要
目的探讨眼部与足部按摩护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的康复效果;方法以2017年12月—2018年11月收治的92例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为护理对象,采取随机数字表法,将患者分为对照组和观察组2组。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组患者进行眼部与足部按摩护理干预。护理结束后,从患者眼部症状改善情况、生活质量评分和护理满意度3方面对护理效果进行评价。结果观察组患者眼部改善情况和生活质量均优于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眼部与足部按摩护理干预,有效提高了糖尿病视网膜病变患者的康复效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of eye and foot massage nursing on diabetic retinopathy patients.Methods From December 2017 to Nevomber 2018,92 patients were divided into control group and observation group.The control group took routine nursing methods,observation group patients with eye and foot massage nursing intervention.The nursing effect was evaluated from three aspects,such as the improvement of patients’eye symptoms.Results The observation group was better than the control group in eye improvement and quality of life,nursing satisfaction was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion Eye and foot massage nursing intervention,nursing effect is significant.
