糖尿病足护理单对糖尿病患者足部评估与护理指导的效果及意义

Effect and Significance of Diabetic Foot Nursing Sheet on Foot Evaluation and Nursing Guidance of Diabetic Patients

目的临床分析糖尿病足护理单对糖尿病患者足部评估与护理指导的效果及意义。方法选择2017年6月—2018年6月收治的90例糖尿病病例,按照数字随机方式,划分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,对照组采取常规护理方式,观察组选择糖尿病足护理单方式进行护理,对比两组护理效果。结果经过护理以后,观察组血糖水平、糖尿病足改善情况均明显优于对照组,两组对比分析差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病病例,糖尿病足护理单作为危险因素防范的重要护理手段,比单纯护理方式优势更为明显,可减少血糖水平,有效促进溃疡愈合,促使患者提升知识掌握度,在临床上应大力推广运用。

Objective To analyze the effect and significance of diabetic foot care sheet on foot evaluation and nursing guidance of diabetic patients.Methods Ninety cases of diabetes mellitus from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given diabetic foot nursing unilaterally,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the blood sugar level and diabetic foot improvement in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic patients,diabetic foot care sheet as an important means of prevention of risk factors has more obvious advantages than simple nursing method.It can reduce blood sugar level,effectively promote ulcer healing,and promote patients’knowledge mastery.It should be widely used in clinical practice.
