分析普外科患者手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成原因及对策

Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities after Operation in Patients with Universal Surgery

目的分析普外科患者手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成原因,总结护理对策。方法回顾分析该院普外科在2017年12月—2018年12月期间诊治的153例行手术治疗患者的临床资料,明确普外科患者发生下肢深静脉血栓的原因,并提出有效的对策。结果 153例行手术治疗的患者,发生下肢深静脉血栓16例,发生率为10.46%,血流缓慢,静脉血管壁被损伤以及血液处于高凝状态是发生下肢深静脉血栓的三个最重要的原因。结论在普外科手术治疗的整个阶段,配合实施有效的护理干预措施,可以有效预防下肢深静脉血栓发生,降低发生率,减轻患者的痛苦。

Objective To analyze the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after operation in patients with universal surgery and summarize nursing strategies.Methods The clinical data of 153 patients treated in our hospital during the period of December 2017 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed,the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with universal surgery were clarified,and effective countermeasures were put forward.Results In 153 patients undergoing surgical treatment,16 cases of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities occurred,the incidence rate was 10.46%,the blood flow was slow,the damage of venous vascular wall and the high coagulation state of blood were the three most important causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Conclusion In the whole stage of universal surgical treatment,with the implementation of effective nursing intervention measures,it can effectively prevent deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,reduce the incidence and alleviate the pain of patients.
