早期运动护理对神内科患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的价值

The Value of Early Exercise Nursing for Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Limbs in Patients with Internal Medicine

目的探讨早期运动护理对神内科患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的作用。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月该院接诊的神内科下肢深静脉血栓形成的患者120例,将其随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在入院72 h开展早起运动护理,对比两组的血流速度、脑卒中评分和下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的发生率。结果观察组患者的平均血流速度高于对照组,脑卒中评分和DVT发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对神内科患者开展早期运动护理能够提高患者的下肢静脉血流速度,减少发生下肢深静脉血栓,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of early exercise nursing on deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in patients with internal medicine.Methods A total of 120 patients with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group received routine care.The observation group was admitted for 72 hours.Early-onset exercise care was performed to compare the blood flow velocity,stroke score,and incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in the two groups.Results The mean blood flow velocity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of stroke score and DVT was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is worthy of promotion to improve the venous blood flow velocity of lower limbs and reduce the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs by performing early exercise nursing on patients with medical internal medicine.
