摘要
目的分析评价彩超(彩色多普勒超声检查)在糖尿病足患者下肢动脉病变中的应用效果。方法此次采取该院在2017年2月—2018年2月收治的60例糖尿病足患者作为研究的对象,以Wagner分级为标准,将患者分为坏疽组28例、非坏疽组32例;两组均实施彩超检查,进一步比较两组彩超检查结果。结果 (1)在下肢动脉闭塞率方面,坏疽组为46.43%,与非坏疽组的0.00%对比显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)坏疽组和非坏疽组比较,在各下肢动脉病变内径方面均明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)坏疽组神经潜伏期异常率、波幅异常率以及传导速度异常率方面,分别为71.43%、100.00%、100.00%;均显著高于对照组的53.13%、78.13%、81.25%,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中针对糖尿病足患者,采取彩超检查能够了解患者的下肢动脉病变严重程度,为进一步的临床诊疗工作提供客观、科学的依据;因此,值得采纳及应用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of color Doppler ultrasonography(CDFI)in the diagnosis of lower extremity arterial diseases in patients with diabetic foot.Methods Sixty patients with diabetic foot admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into gangrene group(28 cases)and non-gangrene group(32 cases)according to Wagner classification.Both groups were examined by color Doppler ultrasonography,and the results of color Doppler ultrasonography were further compared between the two groups.Results 1.The occlusion rate of lower limb artery was 46.43%in gangrene group,which was significantly higher than 0.00%in non-gangrene group(P<0.05).2.Compared with non-gangrene group,gangrene group had significantly lower inner diameter of lower extremity artery lesions(P<0.05).3.The abnormal rates of nerve latency,wave amplitude and conduction velocity in gangrene group were 71.43%,100.00%and 100.00%respectively,which were significantly higher than 53.13%,78.13%and 81.25%in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For diabetic foot patients,color Doppler ultrasonography can understand the severity of lower extremity artery disease,and provide objective and scientific basis for further clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,it is worth adopting and applying.
