分级护理干预对糖尿病足患者临床效果及血糖控制分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect and Blood Glucose Control of Patients with Diabetic Foot by Graded Nursing Intervention

目的分析对糖尿病足患者采取分级护理干预后临床效果和血糖控制。方法将2017年1月—2019年1月在该院接受治疗66例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各组33例,对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者予以分级护理干预,分析两组临床疗效及血糖水平。结果干预后,观察组空腹血糖(5.12±1.30)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖(8.10±2.05)mmol/L低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效93.94%高于对照组72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足患者采取分级护理干预,能够有效对患者血糖水平控制,加快患者临床恢复,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects and blood glucose control after grading nursing intervention for diabetic foot patients.Methods Sixty-six patients with diabetic foot were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into two groups,33 in each group.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the patients in the observation group were given graded care.Interventions were used to analyze the clinical efficacy and blood glucose levels of the two groups.Results After intervention,the fasting blood glucose(5.12±1.30)mmol/L and the postprandial 2 h blood glucose(8.10±2.05)mmol/L were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group was effective 93.94.%was higher than 72.73%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic foot adopt graded nursing intervention,which can effectively control the blood sugar level of patients and accelerate the clinical recovery of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
