分析严重2型糖尿病患者足部溃疡创面的护理措施

Analysis of Nursing Measures for Foot Ulcer Wounds in Patients with Severe Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探究严重2型糖尿病足部溃疡创面的护理措施。方法选取该院2017年6月—2018年7月期间收治的54例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,根据护理模式进行分组,优质组患者接受综合护理模式,常规组患者接受普通护理模式,对比两组患者足部溃疡创面护理效果。结果优质组患者足部溃疡创面愈合情况优于常规组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优质组患者满意度高于常规组患者,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论严重2型糖尿病患者并发足部溃疡时采用综合护理模式,能够有效提升创面愈合效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the nursing measures of foot ulcer wounds in patients with severe type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 54 cases of diabetic foot patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing mode,the patients in the high-quality group were divided into two groups.The patients in the high-quality group received comprehensive nursing mode and the patients in the conventional group received general nursing mode.The nursing effects of foot ulcer wounds in the two groups were compared.Results The healing of foot ulcer wounds in the high quality group was better than that in the conventional group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the high quality group was higher than that of the conventional group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing mode can effectively improve the wound healing effect in patients with severe type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with foot ulcer,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
