乳腺癌根治术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的诊治分析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities after Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的原因,总结治疗方法。方法回顾分析该院在2018年1月—2019年1月期间诊治的55例行乳腺癌根治术后并发下肢深静脉血栓患者的临床治疗资料,分析患者术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的原因,并总结有效的治疗方法。结果在55例患者中,出现12例下肢深静脉血栓患者,在经过溶栓治疗7 d之后,经过造影检查,患者水肿和静脉阻塞消失。结论乳腺癌根治术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的原因包括手术时间比较长、化疗药物刺激、术后卧床等,术后实施有效的预防措施并进行溶栓治疗,可以有效预防和防止下肢深静脉血栓的发生。

Objective To investigate the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after radical mastectomy for breast cancer and summarize the treatment methods.Methods The clinical treatment data of 55 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after radical mastectomy for breast cancer treated in our hospital from January2018 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively,the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after operation and the effective treatment methods were summarized.Results In 55 patients,12 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,after thrombolytic therapy 7 d,after contrast examination,the patient edema and venous obstruction disappeared.Conclusion The causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after radical mastectomy of breast cancer include long operation time,chemotherapy drug stimulation,postoperative bedridden,etc.,effective preventive measures and thrombolytic therapy after operation,which can effectively prevent and prevent the occurrence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
