预防性护理干预对内科患者下肢静脉血栓形成的影响分析研究

Effect of Preventive Nursing Intervention on Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Internal Medicine

目的分析探究预见性护理干预对内科患者下肢静脉血栓形成的影响。方法选择80例内科患者作为研究的对象,入选时间为2017年5月—2018年5月,按随机数字分组法分成,观察组40例给予预见性护理干预方法,对照组40例给予一般护理方法,对比两组护理效果。结果 (1)通过相对应的护理干预,观察组下肢静脉血栓形成发生率为2例(5.00%),明显低于对照组的11例(27.50%),两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)观察组对护理服务工作的总满意程度为95.00%,和对照组的75.00%对比显著要高,两组数据之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对内科患者给予预防性护理干预能够达到显著效果,能够起到预防下肢静脉血栓形成的作用,进一步改善患者的生活质量,所以,具备推广及应用的意义。

Objective To analyze and explore the effect of predictive nursing intervention on lower extremity venous thrombosis in patients with internal medicine.Methods 80 cases of internal medicine patients were selected as the research object.They were selected from May 2017 to May 2018.They were divided into two groups according to random number.40 cases in the observation group were given predictive nursing intervention method,and 40 cases in the control group were given general nursing method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results 1.Through the corresponding nursing intervention,the incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis in the observation group was 2 cases(25.00%),which was significantly lower than that in the control group 11 cases(27.50%).There was a significant difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total satisfaction degree of nursing service in the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%).There was a significant difference between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention for medical patients can achieve significant results,prevent lower extremity venous thrombosis,and further improve the quality of life of patients,therefore,it has the significance of promotion and application.
