联合治疗肿瘤患者并下肢深静脉血栓形成疗效

Efficacy of Combined Treatment of Tumor Patients with Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的观察对肿瘤患者施以活血化瘀法治疗并发下肢静脉血栓疗效。方法按照随机数字抽签法对2018年1—6月46例肿瘤并下肢静脉血栓的患者进行平均分组、每组23例,对照组用中药制剂香丹针注射液+川芎嗪静点输液,观察组则再辅以消炎解毒通络汤清洗或熏治。结果对照组总有效率82.61%、平均住院时间(23±1.6)d低于总有效率91.30%、平均住院时间(18±0.2)d的观察组。结论消炎解毒通络汤联用活血化瘀法疗效显著,可以减少住院时间,可借鉴应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis.Methods 46 patients with tumor complicated with lower extremity venous thrombosis from January to June 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:23 patients in each group.The control group was injected with ligustrazin injection with Xiangdan needle injection.The observation group was supplemented with Xiaoyan jiedu Tongluo decoction cleaning or fumigation treatment Results In the control group(82.61%),the average hospitalization was(23±1.6)d lower than that in the observation group(91.30%)and the average hospitalization was(18±0.2)d.Conclusion Xiaoyan jiedu Tongluo decoction combined with the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is effective.In order to reduce hospitalization time,we can draw lessons from the application,which is reported below.
