针灸联合中西医治疗乳腺增生临床观察及护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing Care of Breast Hyperplasia Treated by Acupuncture Combined with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的分析乳腺增生中西医治疗的临床效果以及临床护理措施。方法将该院在2016年10月—2018年10月期间诊治的150例乳腺增生患者纳入研究对象,按照随机原则将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组75例,对照组采用西药三苯氧胺进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上增加中药制剂乳癖舒胶囊治疗,同时采用针灸方法治疗,对两组患者均采用综合性护理干预措施,对比两组治疗的临床效果。结果观察组治疗的有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过不同治疗,两组患者的乳房肿块均明显缩小,乳房疼痛评分明显降低,且观察组改善更加明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺增生患者采用中西医结合疗法治疗,并配合综合性护理措施,可以显著提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To Analyze the clinical effect and clinical nursing measures of the treatment of breast hyperplasia with traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods 150 cases of breast hyperplasia treated by our hospital in October 2016 to October 2018 were included in the study subjects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the stochastic principle,75 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with Western medicine tamoxifen.On the basis of the treatment of the control group,the observation group increased the treatment of dairy Shu capsule with Chinese herbal preparations,and treated with acupuncture and moxibustion,and compared the clinical effects of the two groups with comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than 80.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after different treatment,the breast mass of both groups was significantly reduced,the breast pain score was significantly decreased,and the improvement of the observation group was more obvious,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine,combined with comprehensive nursing measures,can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical popularization.
