封闭负压引流技术结合胰岛素冲洗疗法治疗小儿糖尿病足临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage Combined with Insulin Irrigation in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot in Children

目的研究将封闭负压引流技术(VSD)与胰岛素冲洗疗法结合应用于小儿糖尿病足治疗中的临床价值。方法选该院2017年11月—2018年12月诊断并治疗的糖尿病引起的糖尿病足患儿共计110例进行研究观察,随机平均分成两组。其中,对照组常规治疗,实验组采用VSD联合胰岛素冲洗治疗。治疗结束后,观察两组临床指标差异。结果实验组患儿创口面积的改变情况以及创口异常渗出物等观察指标改善效果均优于另一组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将封闭负压引流技术(VSD)与胰岛素冲洗疗法结合应用于小儿糖尿病足的治疗中,可以加速足部溃疡创口的愈合,减少异常渗出物的生成,对小儿糖尿病足的治疗有令人满意的效果。

Objective To study the clinical value of combined vacuum drainage technique(VSD)combined with insulin irrigation therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot in children.Methods A total of 110 patients with diabetic foot disease diagnosed and treated by our hospital from November 2017 to December 2018 were selected for observation and randomized into two groups.Among them,the control group was treated routinely,and the experimental group was treated with VSD combined with insulin flushing.After the end of treatment,the differences in clinical indicators between the two groups were observed.Results The improvement of wound area in the experimental group and the improvement of observation indexes such as abnormal exudate of the wound were better than those of the other group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed vacuum drainage technique(VSD)combined with insulin irrigation therapy in the treatment of diabetic foot in children can accelerate the healing of foot ulcer wounds and reduce the formation of abnormal exudate.Satisfactory effect.
