注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗糖尿病足溃疡的护理

Nursing Care of Diabetic Foot Ulcer Treated with Calf Blood Protein Extract by Injection

目的研究注射用小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗糖尿病足溃疡的最佳护理方法。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年5月期间收治的42例糖尿病足溃疡患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式不同将其定义为两组,普通组患者接受常规消毒和换药,优化组患者使用热高锰酸钾浸泡病足消毒后使用小牛去蛋白提取物和医用乙醇混合液涂抹,比较两组患者护理效果。结果优化组患者糖尿病足愈合时间显著短于普通组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);优化组患者护理满意度高于普通组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用小牛血去蛋白提取物用于治疗糖尿病组溃疡进行护理,可有效缩短患者足部溃疡愈合时间,患者满意度显著。

Objective Objective to study the best nursing method of treating diabetic foot ulcer with calf blood protein extract.Methods Select our hospital during March 2017 to May 2018 treated 42 cases of diabetic foot ulcer patients as the research object,according to the nursing way to define it as two different group,normal group patients received routine disinfection and treatment,optimize the group of patients using high hot strong acid potassium foot after disinfection using the mavericks to soak disease protein extracts and medicinal ethanol mixture daub,compared two groups of patient care.Results Diabetic foot healing time in the optimized group was significantly shorter than that in the normal group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the optimized group was higher than that of the ordinary group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of calf blood protein extract for the treatment of diabetic ulcer care group,can effectively shorten the foot ulcer healing time,patient satisfaction is significant.
