探讨药灸配合足部护理在糖尿病足护理中的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Moxibustion Combined with Foot Nursing in Diabetic Foot Nursing

目的探讨药灸配合足部护理在糖尿病足护理中的应用效果。方法将2016年3月—2018年2月在该院内科病房住院治疗的72例糖尿病足患者随机分为两组,每组36例,对照组应用常规护理方法,干预组应用药灸配合足部护理方法,将两组护理效果进行比较。结果根据Wagner分级变化以及症状改善情况,干预组总有效率为94.44%,对照组为75.00%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理满意度为100.00%,对照组为83.33%,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药灸配合足部护理应用于糖尿病足护理可有效提升疗效,易被患者所接受,是糖尿病足护理的理想方法,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the application effect of moxibustion combined with foot nursing in diabetic foot nursing.Methods 72 Diabetic foot patients treated in the internal medicine ward of our hospital from March 2016 to February2018 were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group,the control group applied routine nursing method,the intervention group applied moxibustion combined with foot nursing method,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results According to the changes of Wagner grading and symptom improvement,the total effective rate of the intervention group was 94.44%,the control group was 75.00%,the data of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100.00%,the control group was 83.33%,and the data of the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of moxibustion combined with foot nursing in diabetic foot nursing can effectively improve the curative effect,is easy to be accepted by patients,is the ideal method of diabetic foot nursing,which is worthy of clinical reference.
