66例下肢足部烧烫伤患者的急诊护理措施与效果

Emergency Nursing Measures and Effects of 66 Cases of Foot Burn in Lower Extremities

目的探讨下肢足部烧烫伤患者的急诊护理措施以及其实施后患者的应用效果。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年1月入治的下肢足部烧烫伤患者66例,根据护理方式不同,患者随机分为对照及观察组两组,每组33例,其中观察组患者应用急诊护理措施,对照组采取常规护理措施,对两组患者的护理效果进行评价。结果对比可见,观察组患者并发症发生例数为1例,并发症发生率为3.03%,对照组患者并发症发生例数为7例,并发症发生率为21.21%,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度为93.94%,对照组患者满意度为75.76%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于下肢足部烧烫伤患者来说,采用急诊护理措施,效果显著,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the emergency nursing measures for lower limb foot burn patients and the application effect of the patients after implementation.Methods 66 patients with lower limb foot burns and scalds admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods.33 patients in each group were divided into observation group and observation group.The observation group was given emergency nursing measures,while the control group was given routine nursing measures to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results Complications occurred in 1 case in the observation group and3.03%in the control group.Complications occurred in 7 cases in the control group and 21.21%in the observation group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 93.94%,and that of patients in the control group was 75.76%.The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing measures are effective for lower limb foot burn patients and have important clinical application value.
