低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗下肢静脉血栓的临床效果探讨

Clinical Effect of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Combined with Urokinase in the Treatment of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis

目的探究低分子肝素联合尿激酶治疗下肢静脉血栓的临床效果。方法将2016年5月—2017年5月进入该院血管外科实行常规治疗的58例下肢静脉血栓患者划分为对照组,将2017年6月—2018年6月进入该院血管外科实行低分子肝素及尿激酶联合治疗的58例下肢静脉血栓患者划分为观察组,对比2组患者的凝血指标及随访1年复发率。结果对比统计结果发现,对照组与观察组治疗前后APTT及PT各项指标相比差异明显,2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比统计结果发现,对照组与观察组随访1年复发率分别为18.96%及3.44%二者相比差异明显,2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢静脉血栓实行低分子肝素及尿激酶联合治疗的效果显著,能明显缩短凝血指标降低复发率,值得在临床治疗领域中使用及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of low molecular weight heparin combined with urokinase in the treatment of lower extremity venous thrombosis.Methods 58 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis who received routine treatment in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were divided into control group.58 patients with lower extremity venous thrombosis who received low molecular weight heparin and urokinase combined treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were divided into observation group.The coagulation indexes and recurrence rate in 1 year were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that there were significant differences in APTT and PT indexes between the control group and the observation group before and after treatment,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).The results showed that the recurrence rates of the control group and the observation group were 18.96%and 3.44%respectively in one year follow-up,and the data of the two groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy of low molecular weight heparin and urokinase for venous thrombosis of lower extremities has a significant effect.It can significantly shorten the coagulation index and reduce the recurrence rate.It is worth using and promoting in the field of clinical treatment.
