颈肩腰腿痛物理治疗的方法与临床效果分析

Methods and Clinical Effects of Physical Therapy for Neck, Shoulder, Back and Leg Pain

目的探讨颈肩腰腿痛物理治疗的临床价值。方法选取该院2017年12月—2018年12月收取的88例颈肩腰腿痛患者,以简单随机法分为研究组和对照组各44例,对照组予以常规治疗,研究组在此基础上予以物理治疗,对两组患者的治疗有效率、治疗后疼痛感评分以及治疗依存性做观察比较。结果研究组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗后疼痛感评分明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗依存性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈肩腰腿痛物理治疗具有显著的临床效果,能够有效地减轻患者的疼痛感,提升治疗效果和患者的生活质量,提高患者的治疗依存性,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To investigate the clinical value of physical therapy for neck,shoulder,back and leg pain.Methods Eighty-eight patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain were enrolled in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.They were divided into study group and control group by simple random method.The control group received routine treatment.The study group was here.On the basis of physical therapy,the treatment efficiency,post-treatment pain score and treatment dependence of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Rsults The effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain score after treatment in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment dependence of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Physical therapy of neck,shoulder,back and leg pain has significant clinical effects,can effectively alleviate the pain of patients,improve the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients,and improve the patient’s therapeutic dependence,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
