探讨甲状腺术后下肢深静脉血栓形成原因与护理

Study on the Causes and Nursing Care of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities after Thyroid Surgery

目的探讨甲状腺术后下肢深静脉血栓形成原因,总结护理措施。方法入院在2017年12月—2018年12月期间患者,随机抽签选取该院诊治的行甲状腺手术之后出现下肢深静脉血栓22例患者作为该次研究对象,回顾分析患者的临床治疗资料,分析发生下肢深静脉血栓的原因,并总结有效的护理干预措施。结果 22例下肢深静脉血栓患者,抗凝溶栓方法在治疗3 d之后,患肢肿胀情况均得到不同程度的减轻,并且皮肤恢复正常。经过一个疗程的治疗,全部康复出院,没有发生肺栓塞以及死亡病例。结论甲状腺手术之后,通过科学的预防和护理,可以有效地降低下肢深静脉血栓的发生率,促使患者尽快康复出院。

Objective To investigate the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after thyroid surgery and summarize the nursing measures.Methods During the period from December 2017 to December 2018,patients were admitted to the hospital.22 patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities after thyroid surgery treated by random draw as the object of this study,the clinical treatment data of patients were analyzed retrospectively,and the causes of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities were analyzed.And summarize the effective nursing intervention measures.Results 22 Patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,after treatment of 3 d,the swelling of the affected limbs was reduced to varying degrees,and the skin returned to normal.After a course of treatment,all recovered and discharged,and no pulmonary embolism and death cases occurred.Conclusion After thyroid surgery,through scientific prevention and nursing,can effectively reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities,and promote patients to recover and discharge as soon as possible.
