综合护理在急性心肌梗死患者预防并发下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in Prevention of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的分析急性心肌梗死患者应用综合护理对预防并发下肢深静脉血栓的影响。方法选择该院2017年1月—2018年12月收治的120例急性心肌梗死患者,以护理方法不同为依据分组,对比两组下肢症状改善情况及下肢深静脉血栓发生率。结果观察组患者下肢疼痛消失时间、肿胀消退时间及退热时间均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率5.00%(3/60)显著低于对照组23.33%(14/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可加深急性心肌梗死患者对疾病知识的了解,主动配合用药、锻炼、饮食等护理,降低下肢深静脉血栓发病率。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 120 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected according to different nursing methods.The improvement of lower limb symptoms and the incidence of deep venous thrombosis were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of the lower extremity pain,the time of swelling regression and the time of fever were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of deep venous thrombosis in the lower extremity was 5.00%(3/60)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 23.33.%(14/60)(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can deepen the understanding of disease knowledge in patients with acute myocardial infarction,and actively cooperate with medication,exercise,diet and other care to reduce the incidence of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
