对下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者进行急诊护理的体会

Experience of Emergency Nursing for Patients with Multiple Fracture of Lower Extremity with Shock

目的研究和分析下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者进行急诊护理的临床情况和效果。方法随机选择2015年8月—2018年8月期间,该院急诊科收治的下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者116例。抽签法进行急诊护理分组,对照组(58例)予以常规护理,观察组(58例)予以综合护理,回顾性分析两组的临床护理效果。结果经过临床护理,观察组患者的护理总有效率(98.28%)较之对照组(84.48%)有明显偏高,护理总满意度(94.83%)也明显高于对照组患者(81.03%),组间比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论下肢多发性骨折合并休克患者通过综合护理干预,能够有效促进患者骨折恢复,提高治疗效果,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study and analyze the clinical situation and effect of emergency nursing in patients with multiple fractures of lower extremity and shock.Methods 116 Cases of multiple fractures of lower extremities combined with shock were randomly selected in the emergency department of our hospital in August 2015~2018 years and August.The group of emergency nursing was treated by the method of drawing lots,the control group(58 cases)was given routine nursing,the observation Group(58 cases)was treated synthetically,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was analyzed retrospectively.Results After clinical nursing,the total efficiency of nursing in the Observation Group(98.28%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.48%),the total satisfaction degree of nursing(94.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.03%),and there were statistically significant comparisons between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with multiple fracture of lower extremities combined with shock can effectively promote fracture recovery,improve the therapeutic effect and have high clinical application value through comprehensive nursing intervention.
