急诊游离第二足趾移植再造拇指术后血液循环的观察与护理

目的对急诊游离第二足趾移植再造拇指术后血液循环状况进行观察,对护理措施应用效果进行观察。方法选取该院2017年1月—2018年1月入治的急诊游离第二足趾移植再造拇指患者共20例,将患者分为对照组及观察组,对照组患者应用常规护理措施,观察组患者应用综合护理,对护理效果进行对比。结果对比两组患者的拇指功能进行对比可见,观察组功能较好患者共8例,占8%,一般患者共2例,占2%,优良率为100%,对照组功能较好患者共5例,占5%,一般患者共3例,占3%,优良率为80%。组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对患者的满意度进行对比可见,观察组患者的满意度为100%,明显大于对照组患者的满意度80%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对急诊游离第二足趾移植再造拇指术对患者进行治疗,过程中应用一系列综合护理措施可以显著改善患者的疗效,改善生活质量同时促进患者病情恢复,改善拇指的功能,提高患者的满意度改善医患关系,提升治疗的依从性,效果显著,值得广泛应用推广。

Objective To observe the blood circulation after the reconstruction of thumb in emergency free second toe transplantation,and to observe the application effect of nursing measures.Methods 20 cases of emergency free second toe transplantation were reconstructed in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,the patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures,the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results Compared with the thumb function of the two groups,it can be seen that the observation group has better function in 8 patients,accounting for 8%,the general patients a total of 2 cases,accounting for 2%,the excellent rate is 100%,the control group has better functional patients a total of 5 cases,accounting for 5%,the general Patient A total of 3 cases,accounting for 3%There are significant differences between groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing the satisfaction of patients,it can be seen that the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly larger than that of the patients in the control group,80%,and there were significant differences between the groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the treatment of patients with emergency free second toe transplantation,a series of comprehensive nursing measures can significantly improve the curative effect of patients,improve the quality of life and promote the recovery of patients,improve the function of thumb,improve the satisfaction of patients to improve the relationship between doctors and patients,improve the compliance of treatment,the effect is remarkable,It is worthy of wide application and popularization.
