关节镜治疗膝关节军事训练损伤100例临床研究

Clinical Study on Arthroscopic Treatment of Military Training Injury of Knee Joint in 100 Cases

目的探讨关节镜治疗膝关节军事训练损伤患者的临床疗效。方法于2016年12月—2018年12月选取陆军体系医院收治的膝关节军事训练损伤患者100例,为该次研究观察对象,所有患者入院后均通过关节镜实施诊断、治疗。结果 100例膝关节军事训练损伤患者经过关节镜诊治,发现39例前后交叉韧带受损、多发韧带受损,51例半月板受损,10例膝关节滑膜炎。术后膝关节功能恢复效果较为满意、理想的患者占比95%及以上,行走时无任何疼痛不适感。结论因为军事训练所导致的膝关节损伤,在临床中比较多见,用关节镜诊治能够在最大程度上避免膝关节继发性损伤。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopy in the treatment of military training injury of knee joint.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018,we treated 100 patients with knee joint injury in military training in Army System Hospital.All patients were diagnosed and treated by arthroscopy after admission.Results After arthroscopic diagnosis and treatment,39 cases of anterior and posterior cruciate ligament damage,multiple ligament damage,51 cases of meniscus damage,10 cases of knee synovitis were found.Postoperative knee function recovery effect is satisfactory,ideal patients accounted for 95%or more,walking without any pain and discomfort.Conclusion Knee joint injuries caused by military training are common in clinic.Arthroscopy can avoid secondary knee joint injuries to the greatest extent.
