右美托咪定在宫颈癌合并下肢骨折患者中的麻醉效果及安全性研究

Anesthesia Effect and Safety of Dexmedetomidine in Cervical Cancer Patients with Lower Limb Fracture

目的探讨右美托咪定在宫颈癌合并下肢骨折患者中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法选择2016年5月—2018年5月治疗的宫颈癌合并下肢骨折患者82例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。对照组给予常规硬膜外麻醉,观察组在对照组基础上联合右美托咪定,比较两组麻醉效果及安全性。结果观察组术毕Ramsay镇静评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BIS、心率及平均动脉压水平,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组与对照组麻醉后呼吸抑制、低血压、心动过缓、恶心呕吐、血压下降及惊厥发生率比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论将右美托咪定用于宫颈癌合并下肢骨折患者中能获得良好的麻醉效果,安全性较高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect and safety of dexmedetomidine in cervical cancer patients with lower limb fracture.Methods 82 patients with cervical cancer and lower limb fracture treated from May 2016 to May2018 were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41).The control group was given routine epidural anesthesia,while the observation group was combined with dexmedetomidine on the basis of the control group.The anesthetic effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results Ramsay sedation score was lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically siginificant(P<0.05);BIS,heart rate and mean arterial pressure were lower in the observation group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of respiratory depression,hypotension,bradycardia,nausea and vomiting,blood pressure drop and convulsion between the observation group and the control group after anesthesia,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion the application of dexmedetomidine in patients with cervical cancer complicated with lower limb fracture can obtain good anesthetic effect,with high safety,and is worthy of promotion and application.
