血管腔内介入治疗糖尿病足116例分析

Analysis of 116 Cases of Diabetic Foot Treated with Endovascular Intervention

目的探讨血管腔内介入治疗糖尿病足的治疗方法及疗效。方法选该院2016年7月—2018年2月期间116例糖尿病足患者(共120条患肢)为对象。依据病患实际情况对其进行相应的血管腔内介入治疗,观察疗效。结果患肢足背表面温度升高,表皮颜色由苍白转为红润,脉搏跳动明显,血管供血功能得到明显改善,术后6个月随访,ABI指数稳定提高,存在个别患者出现血管再次狭窄或出现血肿等并发症,均已及时治疗,现已康复出院。结论血管内介入治疗糖尿病足疗效好,创伤小,反复率低,可行性强。

Objective To investigate the treatment and efficacy of intravascular interventional therapy for diabetic foot.Methods A total of 116 patients with diabetic foot(120 limbs)from July 2016 to February 2018 were selected.According to the actual situation of the patient,the corresponding intravascular interventional treatment is performed.Observe the effect.Results The surface temperature of the affected limb increased,the color of the epidermis changed from pale to ruddy,the pulse beat was obvious,and the blood vessel blood supply function was significantly improved.After 6 months of follow-up,the ABI index increased steadily,and there were individual patients with re-stenosis or recurrence.Hematoma and other complications have been treated in time and have been discharged.Conclusion Endovascular intervention for the treatment of diabetic foot has good curative effect,small trauma,low recurrence rate and strong feasibility.
