肺栓塞伴下肢动静脉血栓的护理

Nursing Care of Pulmonary Embolism with Arteriovenous Thrombosis of Lower Extremities

目的探讨肺栓塞伴下肢动静脉血栓的护理。方法选择2016年6月—2018年6月接受护理治疗的伴下肢动静脉血栓的肺栓塞患者68例作为该次研究对象。对所观察的患者实施不同护理方法的手段,在患者接受治疗一个月前后,对伴下肢动静脉血栓的肺栓塞患者的针对性护理效果进行评估预测,比较68例患者情绪焦虑不安、患肢肿胀、轻度心跳加速以及呼吸困难情况。结果比较治疗前患者情绪焦虑不安等并发症发病率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);进行护理治疗一个月后,患者情绪焦虑不安、患肢肿胀、轻度心跳加速以及呼吸困难的发病率与护理前比较相对减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论探讨肺栓塞伴下肢动静脉血栓的护理对于肺栓塞患者的恢复有显著效果,极大地降低了患者的不良反应发生率,有利于患者提高患者的满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the nursing of pulmonary embolism with arteriovenous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods 68 patients with pulmonary embolism with arteriovenous thrombosis of lower extremities who received nursing treatment in June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the object of this study.The results of the one treatment of pulmonary embolism patients with arteriovenous thrombosis with lower extremities were evaluated and predicted by means of different nursing methods in the patients observed,and 68 patients were compared with emotional anxiety,swelling of the affected limbs,mild cardiac heartbeat and dyspnea.Results There was no statistically significant incidence of complications such as emotional anxiety in patients before treatment(P>0.05),and after one months of nursing treatment,the incidence of emotional anxiety,swelling of the affected limbs,mild heart rate acceleration and dyspnea were relatively reduced compared with that before nursing,There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion To explore the nursing of pulmonary embolism with arteriovenous thrombosis of lower extremities has a significant effect on the recovery of pulmonary embolism patients,which greatly reduces the incidence of adverse reactions in patients,is beneficial to patients to improve patients’satisfaction,and is worth popularizing.
