摘要
目的研究探讨早期活动干预对降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病机械通气患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床疗效。方法选择该院2017年9月—2019年1月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病加重需行机械通气患者92例,按收治顺序随机分为研究组与对照组,每组患者46例。对照组给予机械通气常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上给予早期活动干预,对比两组下肢静脉发生情况。结果两组患者护理10 d后D-2聚体检测,研究组(2.59±1.72)mg/L,明显低于对照组;研究组股静脉血液流速明显高于对照组;三项指标对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期活动干预能够有效控制患者D-2聚体水平,加快患者股静脉血流速度,对降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病机械通气患者下肢深静脉血栓形成有很好的预防作用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of early activity intervention on the reduction of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with mechanical ventilation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 92 Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to January2019 were randomly divided into study Group and control group according to the Order of admission,46 cases per group.The control group gave routine nursing intervention to mechanical ventilation,and the study group gave early activity intervention on the basis of control group to compare the occurrence of lower extremity veins in two groups.Results The two groups of patients were treated with 10 d D-2 Polymer,the Study Group(2.59±1.72)mg/L,was significantly lower than the control group,the blood flow rate of femoral vein in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the comparison of the three indexes was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early activity intervention can effectively control the level of D-2 polymer and accelerate the blood flow rate of femoral vein in patients,and has a good preventive effect on reducing deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with mechanical ventilation.
