超声造影用于下肢深静脉血栓介入性治疗疗效评估中的价值

Value of Contrast-enhanced Ultrasonography in Interventional Treatment of Deep Venous Thrombosis of Lower Extremity

目的探讨超声造影用于下肢深静脉血栓介入性治疗疗效评估中的价值。方法选取于2018年2月—2019年2月间在该院治疗的42例确诊为下肢深静脉血栓的患者作为研究对象,比较患者治疗前后的临床症状的改变情况和超声造影结果差异。结果介入治疗后,复查超声造影评估患者的溶栓效果,全部患者的血管管腔获得大部分或完全再通,血管管腔内血流信号影较前明显改善,术后管腔狭窄率明显降低,血管通畅程度较介入治疗前明显增高。结论超声造影可有效评估下肢深静脉血栓介入性治疗疗效。

Objective To investigate the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in the evaluation of the efficacy of interventional therapy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods A total of 42 patients with deep venous thrombosis diagnosed in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled in the study.The changes of clinical symptoms and contrasts before and after treatment were compared.Results After interventional therapy,the contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was used to evaluate the thrombolytic effect of the patients.The vascular lumen of all patients was mostly or completely recanalized.The blood flow signal in the vascular lumen was significantly improved,and the postoperative stenosis rate was significantly reduced.The degree of patency of the blood vessels was significantly higher than that before intervention.Conclusion Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can effectively evaluate the efficacy of interventional therapy for deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
