护理干预对糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者的影响研究

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Diabetic Foot Ulcer Patients with Depression

目的探讨在糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者中护理干预的应用效果。方法选2017年1月—2019年3月在该院医治的糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者(80例)进行研究,随机数表法分成甲组与乙组,甲组40例,乙组40例。乙组常规护理,在此基础上甲组加协同护理,总结两组的溃疡缩小情况、日常生活能力、抑郁程度。结果甲组的溃疡缩小率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的日常生活能力高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的HAMD评分低于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足溃疡合并抑郁患者中,协同护理可促进溃疡愈合,提高日常生活能力,并降低抑郁程度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention in diabetic foot ulcer patients with depression.Methods 80 patients(80 cases)with diabetic foot ulcer complicated with depression treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into group a and group b by random number table method,40 cases in group a and 40 cases in group b.Group b routine nursing,on this basis group a plus collaborative nursing,summed up the two groups of ulcer reduction,daily life ability,depression degree.Results The reduction rate of ulcer in group a was significantly higher than that in group b,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily living ability of group a was higher than that of group b,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HAMD score of group a was lower than that of group b,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetic foot ulcer complicated with depression,collaborative nursing can promote ulcer healing,improve the ability of daily life,and reduce the degree of depression.
