踝关节骨折术后疼痛的护理要点分析

Analysis of Nursing Points of Postoperative Pain in Ankle Fracture

目的探讨踝关节骨折术后疼痛的护理要点。方法应用抽纸条的方式将该院中2016年3月—2019年1月间收治的106例踝关节骨折患者分为两组,抽到'1'的患者为对照组,抽到'2'的患者为实验组,两组均包含53例患者。对两组患者应用不同的护理方式,给予对照组传统护理,实验组在传统护理的同时给予规范疼痛护理,根据患者的疼痛情况以及护理满意度进行比较。结果该次研究成果显示,对照组患者的总有效率和护理满意度和实验组相比明显更差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于踝关节骨折术后疼痛患者,实施规范化疼痛护理有助于缓解患者的疼痛,提高临床疗效,同时还可以使护理满意度得到提升,具有良好的应用价值。

Objective To explore the nursing points of postoperative pain of ankle fracture.Methods 106 patients with ankle fracture treated in our hospital from March 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups:the patients who received'1'as the control group and the patients who received'2'as the experimental group.Both groups included 53 patients.The two groups were treated with different nursing methods and the control group was given traditional nursing.The experimental group was given standardized pain nursing at the same time of traditional nursing.According to the pain situation and nursing satisfaction of the patients,the comparison was made.Results The results of this study showed that the total effective rate of the patients in the control group was the same as that of the control group.Nursing satisfaction was significantly worse than that in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion For postoperative pain patients with ankle fracture,standardized pain nursing is helpful to relieve pain and improve clinical curative effect,and at the same time,nursing satisfaction can be improved,which has good application value.
