糖尿病足合并精神分裂症84例临床护理体会

Clinical Nursing Experience of 84 Patients with Diabetic Foot Complicated with Schizophrenia

目的探讨在糖尿病足合并精神分裂症患者中综合护理的应用效果。方法选2017年2月—2019年2月在该院医治的糖尿病足合并精神分裂症患者(84例)进行研究,随机数表法分成甲组与乙组,甲组42例,乙组42例。乙组是常规护理,在此基础上甲组加综合护理,总结两组的积极心理品质、生活质量、护理满意度、治疗效果。结果甲组的积极心理品质评分高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的身体机能评分、社会功能评分、心理状态评分都高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组的护理总满意度高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组糖尿病足的治疗总有效率高于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病足合并精神分裂症患者中,综合护理可提高患者的治疗效果、护理满意度、生活质量,还可培养患者积极心理,利于康复。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with diabetic foot complicated with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty-four patients(84 cases)with diabetic foot complicated with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into group a and group b by random number table method,including 42 cases in group a and 42 cases in group b.The second group was conventional nursing,and on this basis,the first group was added with comprehensive nursing,and the positive psychological quality,quality of life,nursing satisfaction and treatment effect of the two groups were summarized.Results The positive psychological quality score of group a was higher than that of group b,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physical function,social function and psychological state of group a were all higher than that of group b,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of group a was higher than that of group b,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of diabetic foot in group a was higher than that in group b,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with diabetic foot combined with schizophrenia,comprehensive nursing can improve the treatment effect of patients,nursing satisfaction,quality of life,but also cultivate patients with positive psychology,conducive to rehabilitation.
