研讨2型糖尿病患者周围神经病变中药熏洗足部的护理实践

To Discuss the Nursing Practice of Foot Fumigation and Washing with Traditional Chinese Medicine in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus with Peripheral Neuropathy

目的研究中药熏洗足部护理应用于2型糖尿病周围神经病变中的临床效果。方法在该院2017年1月—2018年10月期间收治的2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者中择取78例作为研究对象,使用随机数表将其随机划分为两组,普通组患者采取常规治疗和护理模式,优化组患者在此基础上加入中药熏洗护理,对两组患者临床护理效果进行研究。结果优化组患者护理有效率为94.87%(37/39),比普通组患者高出5.13%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗足部护理应用于2型糖尿病周围神经病变中能够有效提升患者临床疗效,具有现实借鉴意义。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Chinese medicine fumigation and foot washing on type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 78 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups by using random number table.The patients in the general group were treated by routine treatment and nursing mode.On this basis,the patients in the optimization group were given fumigation and washing nursing with Chinese medicine,and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was studied.Results The effective rate of nursing care in the optimized group was 94.87%(37/39),5.13%higher than that in the general group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine fumigation and washing foot care in type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with practical reference.
