腔内激光闭合术及传统外科手术治疗下肢静脉曲张临床比较

Clinical Comparison of Intracavitary Laser Closure and Traditional Surgery for Varicose Veins of Lower Extremities

目的针对运用传统外科手术和腔内激光闭合术治疗下肢静脉曲张患者的临床效果进行比较。方法该次针对2018年6月—2019年5月入住该院的150例下肢静脉曲张病患进行研究,病患按照1∶1等分为两组,各有75例。对照组的病患运用传统术式进行手术,试验组的病患使用腔内激光闭合术式进行手术,比较两组病患临床疗效。结果干预前,术前两组病患下肢的血流速度和生命质量等指标相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,试验组下肢的血流速度、生命质量、有效率和住院时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将腔内激光闭合术应用在下肢静脉曲张病患的治疗中,临床干预后效果较好,可推广应用。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of traditional surgical and intracavitary laser closure in the treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities.Methods total of 150 patients with varicose veins of the lower extremities who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.The patients were divided into two groups according to 1:1,each with 75 cases.Patients in the control group underwent surgery using conventional procedures.Patients in the experimental group underwent intracavitary laser closure surgery to compare the clinical outcomes of the two groups.Results Before the intervention,the blood flow velocity and quality of life of the lower limbs of the two groups were similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the intervention,the blood flow velocity,quality of life,efficiency and hospitalization time of the lower limbs of the experimental group were better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracavitary laser closure is applied to the treatment of varicose veins in lower extremities.The effect after clinical intervention is better and can be popularized and applied.
