改良经跗骨窦微创小切口空心钉内固定对跟骨骨折患者AOFAS评分、Bohler角、Gissane角的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨改良经跗骨窦微创小切口空心钉内固定对跟骨骨折患者AOFAS?评分、Bohler角、Gissane角的影响。方法从2017年3月—2018年8月收治的跟骨骨折患者中选取90例进行研究,根据手术方法不同分组,观察组45例采用改良经跗骨窦微创小切口空心钉内固定治疗,对照组45例采用传统外侧L形切口入路钢板内固定治疗,对两组足部恢复情况、AOFAS评分、Bohler角、Gissane角进行观察。结果两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术中出血量较对照组明显更少,术后住院时间较对照组明显更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组足部恢复优良率为80.00%,明显高于对照组60.00%的优良率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术前AOFAS?评分、Bohler角、Gissane角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后6个月AOFAS评分、Bohler角、Gissane角与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良经跗骨窦微创小切口空心钉内固定用于跟骨骨折中效果满意,创伤小,有利于足部功能恢复,值得推广。
