摘要
有机食品是 2 1世纪人类消费的主流。论文简要介绍了有机食品的基本概念和有机食品生产与加工的基本要求 ,分析了云南发展有机食品产业的条件 ,提出了发展重点。
Organic foods were the main current foods in the 21th century. In this paper the concept of organic food was briefly introduced; the conditions of Yunnan developing organic foods were discussed; and major developing products were suggested.
